Very interesting story about the Eastern Front. The Epting art makes you feel like you are there with realistic depictions of people and equipment. Ennis knows how to write a realistic war tale that makes you feel for the main character and her family and depicts both sides as flawed but not monsters. If you are interested in WWII you’ll like this book.
